  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 60 ml (4 tablespoons) soy sauce
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) sesame oil
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) vegetable oil
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (for thickening)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
