  • Fresh lemon juice: 60ml (from 2 lemons)
  • Lemon zest: from 1 lemon
  • Garlic cloves (minced): 6
  • Olive oil: 50ml
  • Fresh parsley (chopped): 20 grams
  • Salt: 5 grams
  • Freshly ground black pepper: 5 grams

Method of Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Place the chicken thighs in the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for better flavor infusion.
  3. Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken thighs.
  4. Cook each side for 6-7 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
